By registering, accessing, or using any part of Eagle Global Sports Network (EGSN), you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions.

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during the registration process. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Any misuse or unauthorized use of your account is your responsibility. EGSN reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at its sole discretion if it determines that a breach of these terms or misuse of the platform has occurred.

By using EGSN, you agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes and to refrain from posting any content that is harmful, offensive, defamatory, or abusive. You also agree not to misrepresent your identity, qualifications, or achievements, engage in spam or unauthorized advertising, or attempt to hack, damage, or disrupt the platform’s operations or security.

Participation in EGSN-hosted fitness events, challenges, or competitions is completely voluntary. You acknowledge and agree that EGSN is not responsible for any physical injury, health issues, or loss that may occur as a result of your participation. Any content you upload, including images, videos, achievements, or personal milestones, must be original or legally yours to share. By submitting content, you grant EGSN a non-exclusive, royalty-free, global license to use, reproduce, distribute, and display the content for community features, promotions, and related purposes.

Subscription
Subscription Overview: “Subscriptions provide access to premium features as described on the subscription page. Each subscription includes recurring billing at the stated price and period (e.g., monthly or yearly).”
Billing & Renewal: “Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each period until canceled. Price and billing cycle are shown before purchase. You authorize recurring charges to your payment method until you cancel.”
Trial & Promo: “If a free trial or promotional period is offered, it converts to a paid subscription at the end of the trial unless canceled beforehand. Trial terms (duration & auto-conversion) are shown at sign-up.”
Cancellation & Management: “Manage or cancel anytime in your account settings or via App Store/Play Store subscription settings. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current paid period; no prorated refunds for partial periods unless required by law.”
Refunds: “Refunds are handled per store policies (Apple/Google) and our support process. Contact support to request help; final refund decisions follow store policies.”
Changes & Price Updates: “We may modify subscription content, features, or price. We will provide notice for significant price changes; your consent may be required for some changes.”
Termination: “We may suspend or terminate subscriptions for breach of terms or fraudulent activity; users retain the right to contest such actions via customer support.”
Governing Law & Contact: “Any disputes follow the governing law stated in the full T&C. For support contact.”
